The unipolar switching Hall effect sensor is a Hall element designed and produced based on a bipolar semiconductor process. The element internally integrates a Hall effect piece voltage regulator, a signal amplification processing circuit, a Schmitt trigger and an open collector output driver three-level Tube. The components have a wide operating voltage range and a wide operating temperature range and are very suitable for use as solid-state electronic switches in products such as automotive industry appliances and home appliances.
Hall magnetic switches are available in SMD packages and single-row in-line (flat) packages, both of which comply with environmental standards.
Unipolar Hall switch is also called single-stage Hall element Hall switch.
