It is an omnipolar Hall switching effect sensor based on mixed-signal technology. This sensor uses advanced chopper stabilization technology to provide accurate and stable magnetic switching points. In terms of circuit design, the Hall switch provides a built-in controlled clock mechanism to provide a clock source for the Hall device and analog signal processing circuit. At the same time, this controlled clock mechanism can send out control signals to make circuits that consume large currents periodically. Entering sleep mode, the chip is also periodically woken up through this mechanism and detects the strength of the external magnetic field passing through the Hall device based on a predetermined magnetic field strength threshold. If the magnetic flux density is higher than the operating point threshold or lower than the release point threshold, the open-drain output transistor is driven and latched into the corresponding state. While during the sleep cycle the output transistor is locked in its previous state. This design provides the best support for extended operating life in battery-powered applications.
The output transistor of the magnetic induction switch is locked in the on state when there is a certain strong south or north pole magnetic field on the side facing the package mark, and is locked in the off state when there is no magnetic field.
